ORDERING INFORMATION

Telephone hours: Monday through Thursday 8am to 4pm, on Friday 8am to 3:30pm EST.
PAYMENT
Shipments are sent C.O.D. or payment is by Credit Card.
PACKING
Orders are packed and shipped in heavy duty corrugated cardboard boxes or weather protective styrofoam boxes. Both are lined with plastic bags. Each order is custom packed as efficiently as possible. Box prices vary from $3.00 to $12.00 per box, depending on size and style.
SHIPPING
Shipments are sent via air freight from Fort Lauderdale International airport, and will be dropped off at the airport at approximately 5:00 pm the day of shipment. Freight charges will be collect. We can also ship FedEx and UPS (freight will be added to the invoice). For pick up customers, the pick up time is after 12:30 PM.
CLAIMS
We take great care in packing and shipping our plants, but on a rare occasion problems do occur. Claims for shortages or unsellable plants must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the material. Once delivered to the carrier, shipments become the property of the consignee, and all claims for mishandling should be directed to the carrier.
