Helanthium bolivianum 'Quadricostatus'
Helanthium bolivianum 'Quadricostatus' is a great choice for fore to mid-ground areas of the aquarium. Upright lance shaped leaved create a carpet in the planted areas. The leaves are much broader than that of its cousin Helanthium tenellum and the overall plant will also be taller. Helanthium bolivianum 'Quadricostatus' , more commonly known as the broad leafed chain sword, spreads by runners that form new plantlets.
