The fern like leaves on the smaller sensitive plant will gracefully close when touched. This plant is perfect for moist to wet pond edges, and will even grow free floating. It produces pretty yellow pea like flowers in mid summer, and has brick red stems. The plant grows up to 10 inches in height and spreads.
