Description:

Crinum calamistratum is an aquatic plant native to Africa.  Long flowing leaves with undulating margins are the highlight of Crinum calamistratum.  Crinum calmistratum is best used as a centerpiece for display in the aquarium.  Like other Crinum's Crinum calamistratum has a bulb to help it last through periods of low water in the natural environment and can even grow completely emersed.  Crinum calamistratum has large white flowers and typically flowers while emersed although it will sometimes flower submerged.
